Hi, this is Miriam Hansz. I love the updating of this site for the 90@9!!!. I have three kids and two of them – Andy Hansz (8th grade) and Keith Hansz (6th) are at the Center. Rachel (4th grade) is at Cornerstone for that time.
I have been praying and seeking the Lord’s guidance in the music area. My kids are heavily into playing instruments. I teach keyboards and guitar. I was asked and attended one Tuesday meeting with our regular praise team. Unfortunately, after much prayer, I determined I cannot do that as I work Tuesday and Wednesday and I can’t handle the long day on Tuesday after working all day.
I have been a keyboardist at churches we have attended for 20 years and love the new technology in my keyboards and computer and what you can do with it. I love the Praise Band and seeing the youth involved as I have been since that age. I understand Frank Ulle is covering both the Chapel and the Center. I have left him a couple of calls on the Chapel team but would you or he be interested in my learning from him and helping out occasionally on the keyboards? I did work through both the chording and playing as written on the Easter songs for the Chapel. I can handle Thursdays okay. I appreciate your prayers and your comments as we seek the Lord’s guidance. God speaks to us and everyone through his precious Word in the songs and has worked mightily through music in all of my life and my children.

Miriam…. Thanks so much for you nice comments! Its fun to work on the site and keep everyone on the same page! As for help on the keyboard, that would be great!!!! Get ahold of Becky Ferroni… she organizes all of the music with Josh Bennett and her Father Paul Ferroni. I am sure they would LOVE the help!

I did make it to 90@9 on Sunday, April 5th. It was great to see the young people playing in the band. I did enjoy meeting Brecky Ferroni but didn’t get to meet Paul Ferroni. I have continued praying about it and definately would be interested in playing the keyboard (bringing one of mine if you need it) for the band. April looks pretty booked with your spring schedule. What about starting May 7th at that night practice? Is there any music I could have ahead of time or just come and see how the practice goes? Let me know your thoughts. I will check the blog again or my cell phone is 440-213-5911.
Miriam – We will be practicing at the Chapel on 4/30 and 5/14, but there is no practice on 5/7 (since we don’t have 90@9 on 5/10 – Mother’s day). If you can’t make it this week, plan to stop in on 5/14 at 6:30pm at the main Chapel.
